SpinVision uses AI credits to analyze video frames and snapshots. The AI can identify equipment models, read serial numbers, detect visible damage or wear, and suggest troubleshooting steps. Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will need to reduce your active seats if downgrading to a tier with fewer allowed seats.
